Conventional concentration runs past 180°F, boiling off the flavor, aroma, and color that made the crop worth growing. We concentrate cold instead - so what's left still tastes like it's fresh from the field.
Micronutrient Preservation
We work with crops naturally dense in anthocyanins, betanin and polyphenols - aronia, beet, cranberry, tart cherry, black currant - and concentrate them without cooking the actives out. The result often carries many times the micronutrient content of commodity product.
